How does starting up with STARTUPS.CH work?

After you have gathered all information you needed for your start-up, from company name to funding, you can form your business with STARTUPS.CH in only five steps:

1. Complete offers and choose partners. After you have chosen the best offer, register with STARTUPS.CH.
2. You will then receive your user name and password so that you can log in and enter all data online. After you have entered all information, submit it.
3. After receiving your data, we will get back to you within 24 hours by e-mail with all relevant documents for you to sign.
   
4. Check whether the information on the documents is accurate. Then, print and sign them. The signature(s) on the application for the Commercial Registry Office must be officially certified. This can be done by a notary or by a local town official (depending on the canton). Afterwards, send all the documents back to us.
5. When we have received the documents, we will set up the company in your name and forward all documents to the Commercial Registry Office. If appropriate, we will send the application form for VAT to you and assist you in filling it in.
