Chief Legal Officer
Deborah Rosser completed her vocational business education at a telecommunication company before studying economic law at the Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (ZHAW). During her studies, she worked in a law firm in Zurich and in an insurance company specialized in legal expenses. She is jurist and consultant at STARTUPS.CH since September 2013 and helps entrepreneurs face any kind of legal challenge they may encounter. Deborah is fluent in French and English.

After completing her vocational business education at the l’Ecole supérieure, she went on to study for her maturation certificate followed by law degree attained at the University of Geneva (UNIGE) in 2006. She first worked in a legal office and later at a fiduciary firm. She speaks fluent French, English, Italian and Romanian. Oana Ioan heads the STARTUPS.CH branch in Western Switzerland.
After completing her commercial apprenticeship, Luzia Bachofner studied economic law at ZHAW before completing her Master's degree at the University of Lucerne. During her studies, Luzia worked with the federal administration and at ZHAW. She has been working at STARUPS.CH since March 2014, advising those wishing to found a company in various legal matters. Luzia speaks fluent German and English.
Burcin Bülbül completed a commercial apprenticeship with professional maturity degree. She then studied business law at the ZHAW while also working at an insurance company in the Legal & Compliance department. After graduating she studied abroad in the USA for several months to improve her English. Since August 2014 she advises STARTUPS.CH founder in various legal matters. Burcin is fluent in German, English, French and Turkish.
After completing a commercial apprenticeship, Nadja Mehmann studied commercial law at ZHAW. During her degree, she worked for the national grid company. She has been advising company start-ups in various legal matters with STARTUPS.CH since March 2015. Nadja speaks fluent German and English.
