Terms and conditions
The reductions of the full compensatory payments will come into force if the chosen partner informs STARTUPS.CH that a or several contracts have been concluded within 30 days since the registration of the company/sole proprietorship / general partnership in the registry of commerce. The customer must undertake all necessary actions in order that the contract(s) can be concluded within this period. If the partner does not inform STARTUPS.CH of a conclusion of the contract or informs STARTUPS.CH that no contract(s) has / have been concluded, the customer must pay the total compensation (compensation without partner contributions). STARTUPS.CH will send an invoice for this, payable within 10 days since date of invoice. After having paid the invoice, the customer has one year (from the moment of registration in the registry of commerce) to conclude a contract(s) with the chosen partners. After having submitted the necessary proof to STARTUPS.CH, the customer will receive a credit note at STARTUPS.CH. The option to close a contract with a partner within a year from the moment of registration in the registry of commerce, does not relieve the customer from theduty of paying the compensation within 10 days. The possibility to conclude a contract(s) within a year from the moment of registration in the registry of commerce does not discharge the customer from paying the post invoice within 10 days. If the customer withdraws from a partner contract, does not fulfil the terms of the contract, or should any other reason arise that entitles the partner not to pay their share toward the incorporation costs or, as the case may be, demand repayment, the customer owes this amount to STARTUPS.CH. The partner has the right to refuse a contract without any reason
You can benefit from the cost sharing of our partners even after the company has been founded (up to 1 year after the entry in the registry of commerce).
