From June 23 to 29, 2025, you can start your business for free!
On Startups.ch, first choose the legal form of your future company (important: this promotion is only valid for the following legal forms: sole proprietorship, general partnership, LLC and PLC). Then click "Start now" and enter the canton where you would like to start up as well as the desired capital and expected revenue for the first 12 months after start-up.
Please note that, at this point, the regular start-up costs will still be quoted. This will change during the third step.
Choose between the Basic and Business packages. Please note that this promotion only applies to these two packages. The optional extras allow you to tailor the package based on your preferences. Note: Any extras you select will result in additional costs that are not covered by this offer.
Choose AXA as your partner in order to set up your business for free during the AXA Week 2024 (from 23 to 29 of June 2025). You will now see in the cost summary that the start-up costs are CHF 0. You can then select optional additional services. Selecting these additional services will result in additional costs. That's it, you will now see your non-binding offer.
The customer acknowledges that the reduction in price applicable to the foundation on AXA Week (orders from 23 to 29 of June 2025) will only be granted if two insurance policies for the newly founded company are taken out with AXA by 31.12.2025.
Customers who plan to found or start their company later than 31 December 2025 can therefore not benefit from this promotion.
If only a single insurance policy is taken out, the reduction will not be granted. It is irrelevant for what reasons the insurance policies are not concluded; this also applies to the case in which AXA rejects the customer.
Additionally, we would like to clarify that in the case of forming a sole proprietorship or a general partnership, where the client plans an early withdrawal of pension fund assets (advance withdrawal of occupational pension funds), this will be treated and billed as an additional service. This service is not included in the promotion and is not covered by the AXA Week discount.
In January 2026, Startups.ch will invoice all customers who have benefited from the promotion and have founded a company free of charge, but who have not - as required by the condition of the promotion - taken out two insurance policies for the newly founded company with AXA, a subsequent invoice in the amount of the price reduction granted by AXA. This invoice must be paid within 10 days.
